Start by doing [What is core yoga](https://sweetchoice.click/yoga/core-yoga-la-gi-n313.html "What is core yoga") you can and work your way up to 30 to 60 minutes of walking, three or four times a week, by adding a few minutes to your walks each time you head out.
Repeat 3-5 times on each side, alternating between left and right. Hold the twist for 20-30 seconds and then repeat on the other side. Aim to repeat the pose 3-5 times, gradually increasing the duration as you build strength.
